The truth is, even with all my marketing know how, building a personal brand is bloody tough. I get it, because I’m not just a strategist. I’m also a coach, breathwork facilitator, somatics practitioner, and yoga teacher. I know first-hand the mix of mindset wobbles, strategy overload, and the dreaded time consuming implementation (long ar*e sales pages anyone..?). It can all be hugely overwhelming.
